My family and I started in this gorgeous town home for our trip to visit Seaworld. We were greeted upon our arrival although we arrived later than expected. The hospitality that we were shown by Carlos was bar none. We will certainly be back. Go d bless you!!

Carlos and Anita were kind and so helpful. This home has a great amount of living and dining space--pictures do not do it justice.

Carlos was great to work with! We had two families of four and this was the perfect space for us. It was centrally located between six flags and downtown, no more than 15 minutes each way. Quiet neighborhood. The place was very nice and stocked with everything we needed. There was a convenience store about a mile away and a nice grocery close by too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family's stay during our son's graduation from Basic Training at Lackland AFB. There were 8 of us there for the weekend and there was plenty of room. This home is in perfect shape with all of the amenities anyone could ask for. If our son ends up stationed at Lackland we will be returning many times!

Our family is spread all over the US and the great grandparents live in SA near this property. So, gathering here was great and perfect for a large family. The kitchen was well equipped and 3 1/2 baths was awesome. We loved the outdoor area with a play yard for the toddlers and enjoyed watching movies together in the evening. Setup for Thanksgiving dinner was also wonderful, where everyone could gather together and give thanks.

From initial booking through the checkout, communications with out host were welcoming and genuine. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and had ia complete I ntroduction to the home with recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping. The home itself was immaculate, well appointed, spacious, secure and very comfortable. The open concept for our family was perfect for entertaining and insured we could all be in the same physical space. We had everything we needed for comfort and cooking-almost like being at home. We were in San Antonio for a graduation at Lackland and the home was conveniently located for our drives to and from the Air Force base. All in all a beautiful place to stay-we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you to both Carlos and Anita!

This property was very nice, clean and had everything we needed while we visited our son who was graduating from Air Force BMT. It was wonderful to have an actual home to go to while he had Town Pass ... we played games, cooked out, relaxed and watched TV, talked & listened to music (all the things he missed). It was really nice to be able to do that rather than sit in a hotel lobby or be out all the time.

My family had planned a short, 4 day trip to San Antonio for the main purpose of going to Sea World and seeing the Shamu show before it is no longer. We knew it would be hot in July but wanted to go anyway. Instead of staying in a hotel, we opted to stay at this house and it made the whole trip work. We were so close, we could have walked in cooler weather. The location allowed us to get to the park at the opening, leave for a nice lunch and rest around noon and go back in the afternoon. We could even leave the park, rest a bit and go back for the evenings entertainment. So, location was excellent. However, we not only got location, we got a gorgeous home that served as our resting spot. The four bedrooms with connecting bathrooms was a huge blessing. The kitchen was more than fully equipped. Everything we needed was there. We made extensive use of the grill on the patio and even enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the late evenings. The house was furnished nicely. Never even turned on the TV as we were able to just chill out and enjoy ourselves. The house was clean when we arrived, and Anita met us with all the instructions we would have ever needed. This is a wonderful vacation home. It truly is a home away from home. The house is very comfortable. We could not hope for a better place! The location is great, quiet and safe. The house is beautifully laid out and great taste in décor. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a quiet meal together. The yard was well-maintained and stylish outdoor furniture. The house is assessable to many major attractions. We strongly recommend to this place to families and tourists.

I was visiting San Antonio with my family to celebrate my graduation from Texas State University. We absolutely loved the house! It was big and cozy, enough space for 14 people. Downtown was only like 25 minutes away and Sea World was right next door. The house was very clean and well equipped with pots and pans, plates, etc. Board games to keep us all entertained when we decided to stay in. It honestly felt like home. ALL my family loved it and even though we never got to meet Carlos we felt so welcomed and he was always there to reply and answer our questions. My family already said that if we were to go back and visit San Antonio we would definitely book this beautiful house again. -Jenny

great vacations near sea world, nice and very confortable home.

I really enjoyed my mini vacation away from home. The house was gorgeous and very spacious for the large group of family we had. Anytime I had a question Mr. Carlos responded promptly and Anita was there to show me a tour and local places. Overall my family enjoyed ourselves and if I ever had to go back to San Antonio which I will I will definitely go back there.

Carlos was easy to work with and was very accommodating with any requests we had.

Was readily available via phone or text for any questions we had. Truly a most pleasurable experience and absolutely lovely vacation property! We enjoyed our stay that included extended family. It's a big enough place that everyone had room yet we were all together. The house is well stocked with everything you need for your home away from home. It was the perfect place for us to attend our son's graduation from AF BMT. The property was very nice, it had everything we needed for our Christmas family reunion. The house is new and the kitchen-livingroom area is very large. The owner was always available in case we needed something. We will definitely consider going back on our next family reunion.

This home is beyond great. We rented this home for our son's graduation from BMT. Best idea I have EVER had!! The open floor plan allowed our entire family to interact, whether in the kitchen, dining area, or the living room. The backyard patio was great- my Dad even took a couple naps out there in the December Texas sun (we're from Iowa, so we really enjoyed the warmer temps). Having 3 1/2 baths made getting ready in the early hours much easier. We felt very safe in the nice quiet neighborhood. Carlos and Anita were very attentive - calls and texts were answered rapidly. There were laminated maps for us to use that made getting to our destinations easier. Besides visiting Lackland AFB multiple times, we went to Sea World, the Alamo, and the Riverwalk - all short distances from the home. I would not only recommend it to my family and friends, I would call them idiots if they went to San Antonio and didn't rent this home. I mean, this place is awesome! I'm trying to think of a reason that I need to go back just so I can rent this house again!! Seriously, you need to rent this home.

Great rental with all the amenities! Great, comfortable beds. Even the bunk beds. Comfortable furniture and TV's with every imaginable station. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. Sea World right around the corner and about a 20 minute drive to downtown... Would rent again when in San Antonio!

We went to San Antonio for our Son's BMT graduation, and we had such a great time, the house was well equiped with everythig we needed, spacious and clean. we were a few minutes from the riverwalk and about 10 minutes from the base wich made it so easy for us to travel and enjoy our son much more. We would like to thank Carlos and Annita for taking the time to personally give us atour of the property and checking with us to make sure everything was ok. and specially to Annita for giding us to the supermaket even when we had a late arrival they are the best and the house felt like we were home thanks Ana Bailey

This house was awesome! Very spacious. We had four families stay in the house! House was very clean! The back yard was big enough for the kids to play in! House was close to so many things. We were down here for my brothers wedding and it was great that our family could be under one roof! We are looking at booking another trip in the near future to visit the amusement parks and spend more time on the Riverwalk!! Would highly recommend this place! I appreciate Carlos for everything he did!

We weren't able to stay in Carlos' home due to personal issues; however I wanted to let those thinking about staying in one of his properties how wonderful, trustworthy and excetional of a businessman Carlos is. I would highly recommend one of his rental properties.

Our family stayed here for a week and lacked for nothing. We have rented several other properties in San Antonio and this was by far the best! It's proximity to Sea World is great! It makes visiting the park so easy and convenient. There is plenty of shopping within a couple of miles of the home as well as various restaurants. Even getting downtown to the Alamo and Riverwalk was quick and easy! Carlos is great at communication regarding the home as well as providing local recommendations and directions. This was an all around great vacation and we will stay here again for future visits!

When I travel with family I'll always use HomeAway for my accommodations. Aside from the fact that this townhome is very nice and modern the customer service I received from check in to check out far exceeds any that I've experienced thus far. I highly recommend this property to anybody traveling to San Antonio!

The owner, Carlos, is very responsive for any inquiries, he is wiling to work with us when we need modify our itinerary. If your family is planning to visit Sea World, this location is within 2 miles of the Sea World, We appreciate the location so much after one day entertaining under almost 100 degree sun exposure. The house is located in a new community, shopping is within 10 min driving distance, many restaurants nearby. It is truly an ideal place to stay for family vacation. We will definitely come back again

Could not of asked for a better place to stay. Clean, great location and great to work with. Fantastic place to stay for visiting military, sea world or convention. Wife loved the very well stocked kitchen, super nice appliances and great bath towels. Luxury rental for sure. Description and photos were accurate and will for sure stay again if in San Antonio. Highly recommend this rental.

This is the PERFECT home for BMT families!! It's only 8 minutes from Lackland AFB which makes it easy to get to and from the graduation activities. We were really comfortable here during our stay and it provided a comfortable place for our Airman to rest while on town pass Vs. a small stuffy hotel room. It's also literally right across the freeway from Seaworld and not too far from downtown. The description of the home was accurate as it was decorated beautifully, it was very clean and well kept, and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need for the entire stay. The backyard is equipped with patio furniture, a grill, and even a play set for the little ones. There are two grocery stores, Walmart Neighborhood Store and HEB, nearby. Carlos was VERY helpful and attentive during our entire stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

We loved our stay at this property! The home was spacious enough for all 12 of us. It is stocked with everything you need from pots and pans to full sized soap and shampoo. We were very comfortable here and will be renting again. To top it all off, the customer service we received from Carlos was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. My family and I stayed in this beautiful town house for our son's Air Force Graduation, worked perfect! was very clean, everything was as described if not better. We have to thanks Mr Muñoz for his outstanding welcoming and acesability to our requests. We travel with our grand daughter who is 3 month old and ask for a portable bed for her, he immediately went to get a brand new PackNplay one! Thank you very much! Would highly recommend this TH.

This is a great house in a great location - less than 2 miles from Sea World and only 15 - 20 minutes from downtown. Carlos was very helpful and provided a lot of good reccomendations for restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again!
