We had thought this was a property we used before, so we booked. Even told this to the user. We found out it was across the highway from the other property and we were glad we made the mistake. This is an excellent property, pet friendly and real close to everything we wanted to do. Great communication from the owner and check-in was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend this property for your next or returning stay in San Antonio.

The house is very clean , very good use of space and had many important things it needed. Specially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and the location was great. We made the most of our trip because everything was less than 15 minutes away. We will be going back in the near future and recommending to our friends!

Carlos saved the day and allowed my clients to stay a couple of nights on short notice. I am a local real estate agent and my clients sold a home and had to wait a couple of days for the new home. My clients had everything they needed from comfort, a place to relax after moving out of their home, great internet service (they work from home) and the best accommodation for their fur baby. Will definitely keep Carlos' place in mind with future clients and even myself for a home away fro home.

A perfect place in a great spot for San Antonio and hill country day trips. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a washer and dryer is always a plus when traveling for several days.

Carlo’s place is perfect for a stay in san antonio, the location was great with a really calm neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable! And carlos was a great host we had a great communication.

This property was perfect for my family. We have a 5 and 6 year old. It was also in a prefect location. I jogged to the gym to work out each morning, the park was in walking distance and it is also a car rental place in walking distance , a little coffee/breakfast shop next to the gym, along with so much more. We enjoyed our stay. Carlos was very pleasant and easy to reach. I would definitely recommend staying at any of his properties.

We loved our stay at Sage Suite II. Carlos is a super host for a reason- very friendly, responsive, and flexible. The kids enjoyed MacArthur park, the neighborhood was so lovely to walk around, and we could easily get anywhere we needed in town. It was a huge help having laundry on site, too!

Carlos was wonderful, and our entire stay was great. Safe duplex in easily walkable neighborhood. Close to everything. Best deal you can get for basically being in Alamo heights.

Everything about this place is exactly as promised! The host was easy to deal with, very kind, and accommodating. The house was very clean, well furnished and exceeded our expectations. There were 3 of us traveling together and we were all very impressed with the home, the appointments, and the great location. The neighborhood is very quiet and right in the middle of great shopping, plentiful dining options and the interstate; so nothing is very far away! We are already planning to use the home again next year for the same event. 10 out of 10 for me and my party!!!

The home was as we expected because this was the 3rd time that we readily chose to stay here, and have become accustomed to the comfort, cleanliness, convenience, ideal location and accommodations perfect for our needs. At this point its been like a home away from home for us. Carlos was so easy to contact, although we really didn't need much from him after checking in. Although close to the highway, it's a nice quiet neighborhood with MacArthur Park right around the corner and great for walking.

Everything about this VRBO was easy...from reservation to check in to check out. Located conveniently to where we wanted to be, quiet neighborhood, good for early morning walks. The place was clean. No evidence of pests as stated in previous review which indicates a proactive owner taking care of business to me.

We really enjoyed our time in San Antonio! The location of the property was perfect, nice neighborhood & close to everything. Fenced area for pups.

This was a nice gem that was conveniently located right off 410. The 4 of us had plenty of space to enjoy our weekend. The kitchen was supplied with decent utensils, so we were able to eat in. We brought a dog with us and the property was plenty accommodating with a park within walking distance. The shared back yard was secluded enough to let our dog roam. There was a tv for each room, although we didnt need it. Beds were soft and cozy, which is great because the a/c kept the house chilly.
