We had a great stay at this home! We loved that it was wheelchair accessible, hard floors all through-out the house. The kitchen was large and very inviting to make meals. It’s a great place to bring a family for a stay in San Antonio.

Carlos’s home was perfect for our family’s last minute needs this holiday. We were originally at a campground but because of the cold weather we needed to go somewhere else. The check-in was super simple. I love the tile floors throughout the house - very clean and no weird smells. Beautiful kitchen with a huge fridge. Nice backyard and deck - just too cold to use it.

The property manager is great! We had an issue with the refrigerator and he took care of the issue immediately. House is exactly as described and in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again

Very clean and comfortable home with a great location that is perfect for a stay in SA. The neighborhood is very quiet but watch out for the speed bumps. Carlos was great! we found some bees building a nest near the front door on our way out to dinner and he had it taken care of by the time we got back from dinner. Kitchen was spacious and had supplies to cook. Beds were comfortable and the back yard was nice. I would stay here again when I come back to town. 8 minutes to Seaworld and 22 minutes to Six Flags.

Great place to stay for our family vacation. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Its ideally located close to Sea World and Six Flags. Communication with Carlos was great. Check in and check out was very smooth. Plenty of room in the back yard for our kids and the dog. Appreciated the new appliances in the kitchen. The beds were great; everyone slept well after a long day of amusement park walking. We will stay here again.

We were in town to visit family for a few days. Carlos' house was the perfect place for our family to relax and unwind after a day out visiting. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was big and had everything. Outside deck was great, but wish we had more time to take advantage of it. Carlos was always a text or phone call away and promptly responded. Thank you!

A great house very clean with perfect location . Close to many stores quiet neighborhood.

We came to San Antonio for a soccer tournament in November. Carlos was super fast with with all communications. I liked that we could park in the garage and had a garage door opener! (a little tight for Toyota Highlander/2-single stalls) The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed, even an ice maker for our ice chest! The desk came in very handy for our son due to having homework assignments to complete. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the back porch! We also enjoyed having the washer and dryer to wash uniforms! Priceless when your teenage son forgets to put on his deodorant! Only our 2nd VRBO because we usually stay at hotels. I think we may do this more often as a result of COVID, but also realizing how much nicer it is to have a larger space with 2 teens. Will stay here again when they have another tournament at these fields!

Carlos the owner / manager was very accommodating. Our stay lasted for 8 months and Carlos treated us like one of the family. He went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Home was very well equipped for a short or long stay. For being in town it was very quiet and many animals visited the house regularly. Location was great and near grocery store and restaurants

This house was perfect for our family. It was super clean, had comfortable beds and was in a great location for us. We went to Sea World 3 days and with 3 young kids it was nice to be close! We did spend a day at the Alamo and the Riverwalk and it wasn’t a bad drive there either! Carlos was very quick to respond when we texted him and super nice! I would highly recommend this house!

Close to Air Force base for BMT, downtown and the airport! Lovely home, nicely appointed and very clean! Carlos was very helpful and very efficient! Looking forward to our 3rd Airman in a couple of years and hoping this home will be available then!

My family from Alabama and Tennessee met here for my grandson's graduation. We stayed in the house for 10 days. It was convenient to Sea World, the Zoo The Alamo and grocery stores. Very clean and relaxing stay. My son loved the back deck and I appreciated parking our cars in the garage. The Kitchen is wonderful, nicer than mine at home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Very Nice.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay, we were in town for BMT graduation and this home was perfect, both comfortable and clean. Everything we needed to make this our home for the week and just relax with our Airman. Carlos was quick to respond to any questions we had. We arrived in the evening and the check-in process was smooth and without any issue. We found the house in good order with a full compliment of amenities. The location was very convenient with many necessities nearby (Restaurants, Grocery etc.). The accessibility, with the ramped front access and the level entrance from inside to the back deck, was perfect. We truly felt at home and would recommend Carlos and this location to anyone wishing to visit the San Antonio area.

We stayed in this house for our son's BMT graduation. It was exactly what we needed. We stayed in and cooked, napped and played games. It was easy to call it home. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you need and there is a grill on the back deck. Even the bathrooms were well stocked. All you really need are a few clothes and some groceries. Carlos was wonderful and always available to help. Thank you so much.

We spent several days at this lovely home visiting the river walk, Alamo, Schlitterbahn, and Six Flags. This location was perfect for all of those activities. We really appreciated all the space this home gave us as a family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped and we couldn't have asked for anything more. This was a wonderful home away from home.

We worked with Carlos before, during and after our stay. Very much appreciated his professional attention to our stay and made sure all of our needs were met. The home was clean and just as it was pictured. New kitchen and appliances were nice. The location was close to the areas we needed to be at - near the NISD Natatorium & Athletics Center.

This house is awesome and located in a great neighborhood. You can get to lackland afb in about 20 minutes and the back patio is perfect for a family cookout. We loved our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Home was just as described, very clean and comfortable. Less than 30 minutes to Lackland Air Force Base, which was important to us as we were there for our grandsons graduation. We were able to return and relax on a nice deck and grill our dinner. Carlo's the owner very attentive when we arrived and followed through by texting us the following day to make sure everything ok. Would recommend this home as great place to stay, close to downtown and several other attractions.

Carlos was a very pleasant host and we truly enjoyed our stay in his house. The house was close to many area's in San Antonio.

You can't go wrong with this house for BMT graduation. Especially if it rains ALL weekend like it did for us. We had plenty of room to spread out. We watched Netflix, played games, napped and ate. Kitchen and baths are brand new. Disappointed we didn't get to enjoy the deck and grill. Parked our rental car in the garage and got to stay dry! Super comfy leather sofas! And throw blankets! There is a learning curve with the remote controls...but isn't there always? You will find no better than Carlos. Communication was quick and thorough. Our AB got held up a few weeks before graduating. Carlos' BMT policy was a life saver. No more than 20 minutes to Lackland. Grocery, Walmart and CVS within minutes. Couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here.

It was definitely a "Home Away from Home" feeling no doubt. Went to our daughters BMT Graduation during our stay & brought her to the house on her 2 liberty days from base to enjoy some home cooked meals & family relaxation time with her. Had us a great comfy night sleep with plenty of room for us all. This place had all that one needed to fix our meals, sleep, wash & relax. The owner & team members were extremely pleasant to work with & gave us a peace of mind if we needed anything, they worked with us for sure. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy place to stay at for sure! And if I happen to Visit again I hope to stay there. Thank you again for your sweet kindness & allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.During our stay we were an easy short drive from Lackland Base to see our Graduate. We did some sight seeing on her Liberty days. We attended a UTSA college Football game on Friday & the River Walk on Saturday. Both were very enjoyable activities with our BMT graduate & family. We found the house very comfortable, affordable and newly remodeled. This house is fully stocked and family friendly. With most every gadget, the kitchen was easy to work in. Grocery stores less than 2 miles! There is fantastic deck that has table seating for 12 with smoker and gas grills. The neighborhood is restful and quiet. Over all the location and house itself were very accommodating for our family stay.

Great neighborhood, minutes away from strategic places to visit and the great customer service provided by the hosts, it really made our stay very enjoyable, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay at San Antonio.

We stayed here for our daughter-in-law's graduation from BMT and were so pleased with the property. It was very clean and spacious and Carlos was the perfect host. The icing on the cake was that they had supplied the house with a "starter" set of the things that you would need right away. It was a relief to know that after a long day of travel with two young children we didn't have to worry about running to the store to get the coffee and toilet paper. A big thank you to Carlos for all his assistance before and during our stay. We highly recommend his property.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. The house is very well maintained and has been remodeled and very up-to-date with all new appliances. Anita met us at the house when we arrived in San Antonio and showed us around. Carlos was available by phone when we needed questions answered. A great place for a family to stay or to meet friends or relatives for a comfortable visit. If I wanted to go to San Antonio again I would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter who works at Seaworld. The home was clean and comfortable. Carlos and Anita were very responsive and checked with us throughout our stay. Anita met us at the house and showed us how to run everything. Starter kits of coffee,sugar, and creamer were provided along with toilet paper and paper towels. All the kitchen utensils were provided and in good shape. The deck was nice and had two tables with the ability to seat 10. The location was close to the freeways and all sights were easy to get to including downtown. Pictures were very accurate. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carlos for your hospitality.

The home is beautiful and well kept. The location is perfect! 20 min from the river walk, 20 min to base, Supermarkets 5 min away, and safe gorgeous neighborhood. Amazing communication with Carlos and Anita who took care of all of our needs at the drop of a hat. I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality and warmth from people. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a great place to stay and a great and wonderful experience. We will be back and recommending to everyone we know!

We were only here for a three night weekend but boy do we wish we could have stayed longer!! As soon as we arrived, Anita met us there immediately with a kind smile and an excitement to have us there. She let us know of all the amenities, places to visit/shop and great places to eat. Everything within close proximity to home. We were 7 and easily slept comfortable through out our stay. Really great kitchen and nice living area to hang out with the kids and play board games. Large deck in back yard to also relax. Garage was nice enough to bring your vehicle in and unload your things. Beautiful neighborhood. Also if we had any questions, Carlos would reply within a matter of minutes to make sure our stay was perfect. Great access to anything around and super great for a large family. When we are back in San Antonio, we will be staying here if it's not already booked!!! Thanks Carlos!! Your attention to details made it all more special.

A wonderful place to stay. Carlos was easy to work with and got us set up quickly with our last minute reservation request. We can't say enough good things about the warm welcoming we received with Anita. She is an excellent hostess showing us all the amenities of the home. She even even took a moment to invite us all to church on Easter Sunday after I inquired about their church service. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The full/twin bunk beds with the trundle bed is what made this house even more perfect more our needs. We even had a fun little Easter hunt in the private fenced backyard for the kids. The newly remodeled kitchen is fabulous and it included most of the kitchen tools we use at our own home. Would definitely stay here again!

I looked and looked for a vacation home for my family and stumbled across this one right before I gave up. It was heaven sent truly because it was so beautiful and accommodating. Everything my family wanted and needed and did I mention the great location! It was the best and I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. We stayed in the house Spring Break 2016 and enjoyed every minute. The house is well maintained and clean and is very centrally located ( nothing was more than a 30 min drive) and pretty easy to get to. Carlos has thought of it all... No nonsense with keys and magic tricks to get in the house, just well thought and simple.. House has great wifi and if its your thing, hours of entertainment with Tv/Netflix etc. All the thought that has gone into setting the house up made our stay even better, upon arrival the house is fitted with the things you really need and all you need to do is grab some munchies from the HEB or Wallmart at the end of the street... The kitchen has all bells and whistles & so easy to use. We had some serious inclement weather overnight and it was just nice to know we were all safe and even our brand new car was safely parked in the garage.... Thanks to Carlos & Anita for their hospitality and kindness... We will be back!!

Great place to stay while visiting San Antonio for my brother in laws Air Force BMT Graduation. Carlos was great to work with and always made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to get all around San Antonio easily and quickly. We would stay there again!

This was a very nice home with many amenities. We stayed here during the San Antonio Livestock show and drove to the AT&T center daily. The daily drive wasnt too bad for all that was offered with the house compared to staying in a hotel. The hospitality provided by Carlos and Anita are amazing from the time we checked in and throughout our stay.

Our grandson graduated Dec 24, 2015 from Lackland AFB BMT. We wanted to have a family Christmas with him. The house had a wonderful family area for visiting, eating and playing games. We enjoyed cooking out on the deck for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The start-up kits were great - soaps (dishwasher, laundry and bath and extra essentials in kitchen (coffee, filters, trash bags). The Riverwalk and the Alamo were great for a family day. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to see native plants/trees and the Christmas decorations.

Carlos was very accommodating in allowing us to check in on Thanksgiving Day when we visited San Antonio to spend the holiday with our son who is stationed at the Air Force base. We were met at the house and given a tour. The home was very much as described and pictured on the website. It was clean and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Carlos was available to answer questions as needed and provided us with a list of local vendors/restaurants. The home was very convenient located. The backyard and deck was great for hosting a cookout for several of the Airmen. I would definitely recommend the property to someone visiting the San Antonio area.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in San Antonio! We did not want to stay with family because we have two young children (2 years and 6 months). We wanted to try and keep their routine as close to normal especially since one sleeps through the night and the other still wakes up multiple times. Each had their own room as well as our own room. The house was clean, updated nicely and came with plenty of supplies. All we had to do was buy groceries! There was a very minor issue that came up due to the weather, but Carlos was quick and accommodating to take care of it without hesitation. We had a great trip and the house was exactly what we expected and worked out great for our needs. Thanks Carlos, look forward to visiting again!!

We were in San Antonio for our grandsons BMT graduation with several family members. Carlos' home provided us a comfortable convenient place to stay. It exceeded our expectations!

This property was exactly what I was looking for in a rental home. This was the first time we had rented a home instead of a getting a hotel room and I am not sure I will ever stay in a hotel again! It was clean, close to everything, decorated nicely, had lots of room, had a washer and dryer we could use and so much more. We had six people in the house and the bedrooms worked out perfectly. Having two bathrooms was also so nice. I loved that I could cook breakfast every morning instead of going out and spending money before we went to explore Sea World. Our trip was truly wonderful and a lot of it had to do with where we stayed. It was nice to come "home" after a long day at the park and feel like we were truly at home. I didn't get to meet Carlos in person but we spoke on the phone and he did call and check on us to make sure everything was good. He communicated with me promptly when I had questions before I actually booked the property and I appreciate that. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to San Antonio. You will be much happier here than at a hotel!

I can't rave enough about this beautiful home and wonderful property manager. Carloswas gracious and understanding. He gave us a complete tour of the house and amenities. It was even better than what was shown in the pictures. I brought 4 teenagers with me on our trip. Not once was there and issue of space or crowding . It was very open and spacious. The kitchen is a dream and we loved having our meals outside.on the deck every evening. I was almost sorry we had to leave to go home.

Clean comfortable with a great location ! Quiet neighborhood in a serene setting, and close to a good choice of restaurants and grocery store. Very accommodating with check in and check out times. All the necessities for our stay were supplied, all we did was buy some groceries and have good home cooked meals away from home. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and met all our needs, especially for the handicapped with the low trundle bed. I would highly recommend this location to family, friends and associates. Will be my first choice for future visits to San Antonio,

We appreciated the fact that the house was adequately spacious and had all the comforts of our own homes. Our kids were competing nearby at the shooting complex and this made it easy to drive to and from the complex during our week long stay. We were very pleased with the house. Went to San Antonio for a conference and was totally impressed with the accommodation. The house has everything you need, right down to seasonings for those who like to cook. We didn't even have to bother about the garbage, because it was taken care of by the time we got back to the house after a wonderful day out. Carlos is great to work with. This home is perfect! We traveled for our son's BMT graduation and we could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. Carlos is amazing, helpful, and easy to work with. The home is extremely well stocked with everything you need while away from home we greatly over packed!). Extremely clean, and well kept. Close to base for those traveling to Lackland. Convenient shopping, food, major roadways etc nearby. My son enjoyed time off base in a relaxing "home" setting. This home was perfect for our stay. I was having surgery. The home was beautiful and made feel like I was at home. The deck was so beautiful and I loved going outside and relaxing. Our family traveled to the area for my son's BMT graduation. We were very pleased with our stay and all of the ammenities in the home. The house was also big enough to accommodate additional family that came to stay for only 2 nights with us . We were pleasantly surprised to see such a beautiful deck area in the backyard. Carlos was so kind and helpful leading up to our stay and also while we were visiting. When my son was able to leave base, he really enjoying being in a house, as opposed to a hotel. He loved the fact that he could take a private shower again and just lounge around on the comfy living room furniture with his family. The kitchen allowed us to prepare my son's favorite home coooked meal. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, especially families needing to stay for a BMT graduation.

Had a large party including adults and teenagers, property was and excellent fit for our needs. Property is well maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood close to major roadways and shops.

My family and I traveled to the area for my sister's BMT graduation. We could not have been more pleased with our stay, in fact, it exceeded our expectations!! The accommodations worked out wonderfully, and we were especially surprised to see such a beautiful deck area in the backyard that was just newly finished. Carlos was so kind and helpful leading up to our stay and while we were visiting. When my sister was able to leave base, she LOVED enjoying the amenities the house offered, and continuously commented on how cozy and nice everything was. This house was exactly what me and my family needed on our back to school vacation! We decided to spend our final summer weekend in San Antonio- we went to the San Marcos Outlet, Schlitterbahn and celebrated my sister's birthday with the hugest pizza I ever seen at Big Lou's. Everything was in a great distance to the residence. On a side note Carlos was great--- He showed us every aspect and detail of the property before turning it over and also took the time to print our tickets for Schlitterbahn at his residence. It was especially nice for me since I am such a neat and clean fanatic! It was almost like being in a hotel... Thanks Carlos we will see you again.

The home is clean, comfortable, a nice size, well-maintained, and in a quiet safe suburban neighborhood. Walmart and other conveniences are just 5 minutes or so away. The owner is military friendly which was important to us since we are an active duty family. We received two discounts 1. early booking 2. military connection. I highly recommend this home, especially to military families.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house verses a hotel. With 4 adults and 2 small children this is the way to go. After a day of activity in San Antonio, coming back to a house with a yard made it so much easier to spend the evening relaxing and cooking out. The house was very clean and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed and just the option of everyone having their own space. We were meet by the manager who give us the tour of the house and helped in our plans as far as getting around the San Antonio area, that is a plus. I highly recommend this property and the services they provide.

This was the best decision we made for our trip to see our son graduate from BMT. The home was spotless and roomy. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we felt completely safe! Carlos met us with his friendly smile and gave us great ideas on where to eat, shop and best of all...shortcuts on how to get there! I didn't know before we got there that our son had to be in his "blues" uniform the entire weekend. They are not allowed to swim or get wet. It kind of put a damper on a few things we had planned to do. BUT....we had a beautiful home to bring him back to. We cooked him his favorite home-cooked meals and told lots of great stories! This was our second bmt in 2 years this time we chose a home because we had more people. Why stay in a hotel when you can be together for a much better price? Driving distance was perfect approx.15-20min. to the base, Riverwalk, centrally located. We were close to dining, shopping etc. The important thing was my son was able to come back for the day and relax and enjoy the family. This home was everthing and more then we expected. Carlos was very attentive before during and after our stay and made us feel very welcome. The previous reviews are exactly what i would write ! Great place to stay! The home is located in a good neighborhood with stores conveniently minutes away. Home was very clean and everything we needed was available in the home. We brought our BMT grad back to the home and she was able to relax and enjoyed the feeling of being at home. Carlos was a great host and I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Carlos was more than accomodating. The house was a just perfect. Everything you need to be at "home while you are away". The entire house was immaculate. Very restful and comfortable. So much better than a hotel. We toured all day, and came "home" and relaxed. Carlos checked on us several times to make his knowledge of the area available to us. We never got to enjoy the back yard because of time, but, there is always next time. Carlos' house is close to several shopping districts, and yet was located in a quiet residential area. I would highly recommend you stay with Carlos when you go to San Antonio.

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay in this home. The house was clean, comfortably furnished and the kitchen was impressively equipped. Carlos could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

We were in love with this house, everything was perfect, my kid was the one that enjoyed more the house than any other, he love to watched all the cartoons at netflix. This was our second stay at this property and our third time renting from Carlos. This property is perfect for our annual San Antonio get together. We had four in our party, but the house could easily accommodate more. The house is very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more - Carlos has really though of everything. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and in a good neighborhood. I really liked having a two car garage park and unload our cars. We'll be back!

The house more than met our expectations with a very well equiped kitchen, super comfy beds, fluffy towels that felt brand new plus sat HDTV with Netflix included! Nice neighborhood close to most SA attractions. Carlos was extremely helpful and gave us a complete tour of the house explaining everything and was available for any question we had. I bright 4 Japanese English Students for an English workshop. We were so impressed with the house. It is better than the pictures and video . It was loaded with every little thing that we needed. Carlos was so helpful and friend. He really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay in his house and in San Antonio. For example he helped us find a place where we could go horseback riding that was close by and at a good price. The outside garbage can was placed on the street so we knew when to take out the trash and then brought back to the house for us. We are looking forward to staying at one of Carlos's houses again in the future !! Just perfect :) thank you so much Carlos !

Came to SA to take our 2 boys (9 & 5) to Sea World and Fiesta TX before school started. The house was very clean and comfortable. It might be a bit small for larger families / bigger kids, but was perfect for us. Convenient location - 5-8 minutes to SW and about 20 minutes to FTX, plus a grocery store a mile away and many restaurant choices within 10 minutes. The boys loved the bunkbeds and the huge TV with Netflix. Wi-fi was nice for me to check emails and do a bit of work before and after our day at the parks. Except for simple breakfasts, we ate out or got take out, but the kitchen appeared to have all you need for cooking. Coffee, sugar and powdered creamer were provided to get the mornings started. Laundry detergent was also provided which was a nice touch. The owner, Carlos, was very gracious and accomodating. He met us at check-in to give us the rundown on the house, easy directions to the parks and downtown to the Alamo / Riverwalk, and recommendations for local restaurants.

We had a great stay, and Carlos is very accommodating and easy to work with. The house is 5 minutes from Sea World as well as close to many eating / shopping places. Do know that this house is located in the middle of a busy neighborhood, but we never had any problems with noise. Our kids loved the Netflix!

We enjoyed our stay in the house very much! Carlos was very helpful! The house was so clean and had absolutely everything that you could need...We had a family reunion in San Antonio and the house was located in just the perfect spot. Most of the family lives right by Sea World and so this was perfect. We were able to sleep comfortably and had plenty of space for the family to come over and eat and visit the 1st night we were there. Then after we visited and partied on the next 2 days we had a nice clean and comfortable place to return to. It made our trip very pleasant. I would recommend this house to anyone. I was not sure what to expect, but it was great!

This was an excellent vacation property. Very clean and well kept. Owner had excellent communication and was able to answer any questions we had. Big backyard and grill was awesome for the kids. Netflix and wifi were also nice touches.

Let me start by saying that the minute we meet Carlos we knew we made the right choice in vacation homes. The house was very centralized and conveniently located. The house had EVERYTHING we needed! We had a fabulous time. Don't hesitate to rent from Carlos, he spares no detail in insuring your stay has all the conveniences of home.

my family recently attended our daughters BMT graduation. having never been to SanAntonio, thought a vacation home would fit our needs. This one was exactly what we needed! Very neat, clean and easy to find. Well appointed amenities...everything there we could have needed! Our daughter enjoyed spending some down time there with us...relaxing and playing games. Carlos was very helpful with area places to visit and most helpful with directions. We would definitely rent the place again!! and recommend it to others wishing to visit area.

Carlos was exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and made sure we knew everything about the house and the area to insure our family had a great experience. And we did! The grandchildren played themselves to exhaustion every day, whether they were at Sea World (which was just down the street), in the backyard being monsters or in the house watching movies or playing games. Mealtime was easy with the ample kitchen and dining area. And it was quick clean up with tile floors and no breakables around to worry about. The house is conveniently located for shopping, groceries, Sea World, Peter Piper Pizza (a fun night for the kids), and dining, if you choose. I highly recommend this house for a family or friends of 12-14 people or less.

Overall great stay! Carlos met us at the house, gave us a quick walk-through, and then gave us great information concerning the upcoming BMT graduation events that we were attending. The house was very clean and had all the amenities of home. I would have rated this a a 5-star experience except for two things: 1. The bed frame in the master bed room squeaks every time I moved in bed. I ended up sleeping in the spare bedroom just so my wife could get some sleep. It was really loud and really bad. 2. No spare toliet paper. There was the one roll on the dispensar and that was it - we had to find the local Target to buy some more, but it was very frustrating to discover no more toliet paper at 2 am. Nice, quite neighborhood - went for a run one morning and had no worries about traffic or safety concerns. Overall a great experience. We brought our BMT grad back to the house on Friday afternoon and he really enjoyed just chilling and watching TV in the house - much better than trying to cram into a hotel room.

Upon your departure, I looked into the noisy bed issue and fully agreed that the bed was annoying. You would be happy to know that the bed has since been replaced with a beautiful, solid and quiet, Mission Style set (you can see the pictures on the website). We also added a wall mounted, large, flat-screen TV to the master bedroom! I'm sorry you ran out of toilet paper. It is my policy to put a roll on the spools and an extra roll under each bathroom sink. I brought this to the attention of my housekeeping staff to ensure this gets done each and every time. We were pleasantly surprised by the updated home. The pictures don't bring it justice. It's bigger and nicer than we expected. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Definitely worth the price.

After spending hours on the web searching for lodging in San Antonio, I decided to rent this home rather than hotel rooms. Initially, I was VERY nervous in renting a furnished home for I’ve never done this before, but overall I’m so HAPPY I did! We had plenty of room for all the family that was able to attend my son’s BMT Graduation. In addition, my son was able to relax at the home after a LARGE lunch at the Riverwalk. Carlos was great in answering any questions, giving us directions to Lackland AFB (approx. 20 mins) and information of local restaurants. I didn’t get the physical address of this home till a few days prior to our arrival which was ok. Carlos, thanks for all your patients and your assistance you made our stay very pleasant.

Very clean and welcoming home away from home. Carols was very informative of the area and had many helpful hints for attending our son's BMT graduation. The house was fully stocked and comfortable. Our son really enjoyed relaxing in a homey atmosphere after his BMT experience!

Me, my wife and our 5 children stayed a week in one of Carlos's San Antonio vacation homes. We arrived almost 5 hrs later than our check in time. We were just not I'm any hurry to get there because the check in time was too late to do anything on that day, plus traveling with 5 kids, we had to stop frequently. Carlos called to check to see what time we would arrive and understood that we were taking our time and we would be later than check in time. Around 10:00 pm we arrived at the home and was greeted by Carlos, he took me on a quick tour of the house showing me where everything was and then showed me on a map where the nearest grocery store and restaurants etc... were located. He then handed over the keys and gave me instructions on what to do when we checkout. The house was nice and clean. It had everything that we needed. My kids enjoyed the netflix. Carlos told me to call him anytime during our stay if we had any questions about the home or about San Antonio, he even called me on our third day in San Antonio to check on us to see how our trip is going and if we need anything or have any questions. Alot of people visit San Antonio because of family in the Air Force Base there. We actually went there for a family vacation to Six Flags, Sea World, Natural Bridge Caverns, San Antonio Zoo, The Alamo and the Riverwalk. This house was close to Sea World and Six Flags and wasnt too far from the other places that we visited. I rate this house a 5 out of 5 and Carlos's mannerism a 5 out of 5. If we ever vacation in San Antonio again, we will stay in this home again. Carlos was very nice and very helpful. After we returned home, one of the kids realized that they left a DS game at the house. I then text Carlos and he said that he would check on it for me. The next day, he called me saying that housekeeping had found the game and that he would be mailing it back to us. About two or three days later, we received the game in the mail. If your looking for a home to rent in San Antonio, don't hesitate to rent from Carlos, his homes are fully furnished for all of your needs and he will answer any questions for you and help you the best that he can. The only thing that I would change in this house is I would add more tv's. There is only one in the living room, my kids couldn't watch their shoes in the rooms that they were staying in. So we all had to share the living room tv. Other than that one issue, our stay was perfect and pleasant. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!

This house had everything we needed. Carlos was awesome. It was close to the AFB and plenty of shopping. I would recommend this house. Perfect, roomy.

We came to San Antonio for a quick two day Spring break vacation with our family of 14, and we enjoyed the fact that we did not have to be seperated in hotel rooms. We were able to enjoy each other all in one place, cook meals with a fully stocked kitchen and enjoy the same things we would enjoy at home. By the end of our first day in the home we wished we had taking more days out of our busy schedules to stay longer. Mr. Carlos was a awesome host and he vacation home was great! You will enjoy your stay at this home.

My Family needed a vacation home for some of out town relatives. After reading some reviews and reviewing the house, we settled on Carlo's Home. I can not express the gratitude and appreciation towards carlos for everything he did to make our guests stay excellent. The houses were clean, stocked with essentials, and easily assessible to major highways. Carlos was very professional and courteous to us despite our MANY demands! The entire process was effortless despite the fact that we needed 2 more houses at short notice!!. Thank you for everything you did for us and we look forward to renting with you again when the need arises.

We stayed here for my sons bmt graduation & it was GREAT!! Carlos was super nice made sure we had everything we needed & more. He wud call to check on us even the neighbors were nice. This house was very roomy & very clean! My son enjoyed staying here when he got to leave base, I would most deffinately recommend this VRBO home to anyone. This home southwest of the city was convenient for our son's BMT graduation at Lackland AFB and for trips to the city and Riverwalk. Close to highways and shopping centers. Clean and has all the basics covered. Carlos greeted us as we arrived and was helpful. He did call later to see if we needed anything. Three full bedrooms in a spacious house with garages. We were happy with our stay and having a home environment for our Air Force son to spend some time was relaxing for all of us.

Great place to stay!..great location, very clean, everything worked perfectly. Carlos was very helpfully with us and also waited for us our 4 hour flight delay. The house is one floor but is very spacious, it is perfect for families with children. Don´t doubt about this hose rental!!

We arrived on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with another family to attend graduation at Lackland AFB. We arrived to a beautifully set table, extremely clean and up to date home. Carlos gave us advise on where to pickup Thanksgiving Diner, the best routes to the base and where to shop for daily needs. He also made sure we had enough table space and chairs for our first dinner with our new Airmen. We did forget some charging cords and he immedately contacted me to make arrangements to return the item. While we were there the dryer went out and he delivered on the next day! You never know what type of property you will rent in the RBO sites, but I can assure you, the pictures are true and the manager the best!

My family and I was very comfortable staying in your house. Neighborhood was nice. Kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare meals. Convenient to Riverwalk as well as Lackland Air Force Base. Our airman was able to come to the house and have a little downtime. Would recommend to anyone going to BMT Graduation.

Very simply this was fantastic. I am a neat freak bordering on OCD. I don't take my socks off in hotel rooms. This was a very clean house. The kitchen was perfect. We were there for my sons BMT graduation and we celebrated Thanksgiving with him and ten of our family members and friends that went with us. The house had plenty of room and the netflix was great. I would recomend this to anyone.

After almost 17 hours of traveling with 3 kids under 4, we arrived at Carlos's home and were met with a warm welcome and smile. Carlos was very friendly and helpful. Even after arriving 6 hours later than originally planned, Carlos made us feel welcome and took the time to provide a tour of the home and directions to local stores for grocery's and area attractions including specific ones we asked about. The house was very clean and well kept. The rooms were large and my kids loved playing in the fenced in backyard. It was also great to have a garage to park in at night. Carlos also took the time to call and check in with us to see if we needed anything further or had any problems/questions. If we ever returned to San Antonio, I wouldn't hesitate to see if this rental was available. Thanks again!

This is our 2nd stay at a home offered by Carlos M. and I can't say enough good things. Like the other, this property was clean, convenient, and well stocked. Four adults (1 couple, 2 individuals) stayed very comfortably in this property, although it could easily accomodate more. I would certainly recommend this property to others. This is so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

We found this home to be very easy to feel comfortable in. It was easy access to Lackland AFB and freeways that led us quickly anywhere we wanted. It was clean, well stocked all in a quiet neighborhood. The house gave us the ability to relax, cook meals and make great memories as a family during a very exciting weekend.

The owner, Carlos, and the house were fabulous! It was a great location and had all the amenities of home. It was great to be in a home that had all the basic cooking necessities (to include spices) to make dinnertime easier! Thanks and we'll be back!

Four of us stayed for 3 nights in this recently remodeled inside, and super clean home. It is a 10 minute or less drive to SeaWorld. Numerous restaurants are close as well. All the amenities one could think of (except wine glasses) were brand new, including the board games, puzzles, etc. The kitchen table was set nicely, the beds were comfy, and towels plush and plentiful. The leather living room furniture could seat 6 and the kitchen table about 7. All the photos for this home are accurate. The 2 kids enjoyed the free Netflix. Carlos, the property manager, was quick to answer questions, and to take recommendations. He met us earlier than our actual check in time, and explained or pointed out all the amenities in the home. The house is situated in a residential neighborhood, but on a rather busy street (with speed bumps), but the traffic was rather loud on occasion. The only other complaint about the area was the barking dog next door. He seems to be very uphappy and barks continuously. The only negative issues we had were regarding the garage and front doors. Since the house is being updated outside, I can imagine these items will be fixed soon, if not already. Both doors were very difficult to lock. I would recommend this property to a family of 7-8, even though the advertising states up to 14. It would be very crowded at dinner or watching tv. There is room for blow up beds, but all the floors are tile, so maybe these beds wouldn't be very comfortable. If you are looking for a very well maintained, immaculate home in San Antonio, this is the one for you!
