This place is PERFECT for families, especially if you’re planning on visiting sea world. Super short drive to sea world, grocery stores, restaurants, everything. The place was clean, everything you need is provided, and the communication was great! The backyard patio was nice as well. We were even allowed an earlier check in time! Will 1000% be staying here again.

Carlos is the perfect Host, his property was amazing, he made himself accessible just in case we needed anything, and the home consisted of all the amenities that we required.

This house is conveniently located if you plan to attend Seaworld. We found it to be clean, comfortably furnished, and well supplied with kitchen items, as well as toiletries. We were well pleased with our choice!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Carlos the owner was very accommodating and informative. The house is right next door to a park which was perfect for our 3 energetic boys.

The property includes a high chair which made eating much more effortless. The location is excellent, minutes away from Sea World and only 20 minutes from the river/downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet, plus a playground is right next to the property. Our kids have asked when we can go back because we had so much fun.

The glowing reviews for this place go back years, so I felt confident from those that this place would be a winner. The reviewers did not let us down. Property was clean and comfortable. We did not need to buy anything for the kitchen (utensils, pans, etc), and we cooked multiple meals in. We did not use the grill, but it looked very clean inside of it (too much rain while we visited). Washer and dryer both worked great. Simple Cable TV operation (we also brought our own Apple TV and had zero issues connecting it). Wi-Fi worked like a champ with quite a few iPhones, iPads, and Nintendo Switches using the network at once. This location is roughly 10 minutes from Sea World, 2 minutes from Chick-Fil-A, 3 minutes to H-E-B (the best grocery store you'll ever visit), and 20 minutes from both Fiesta Texas and the River Walk area. (Bonus: If you are looking for a church to attend while visiting, we were only 20 minutes from Grace Community Church as well). The real location winner goes to the playground next door to the house. You can sit on some camping chairs in the driveway while the little ones play in full view. If you have playground-aged kiddos, this is a no brainer. The owner, Carlos, was beyond helpful the entire trip. We plan to use this location again in the future.

We traveled to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday. Carlos was very easy to contact and great to work with! The home was very clean upon our arrival and was able to accommodate us a couple hours early!! The many amenities that were provided upon our arrival were fantastic! Sonce we were traveling with an infant, Carlos made sure that there was a pack and play along with a high chair provided!! We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal and enjoy it as a family while we were there! This is a great property for a family stay!! We will definitely be back soon!!

This AirBnB was clean and welcoming! Carlos had extra towels, blankets, and soaps for every bathroom. It was convenient for our 4 day stay with kids wanting to play at the park.

The house is perfect for anyone visiting with family/kids, the park next door makes it feel extra welcoming, the large patio and grass yard was enjoyable and the rooms all had comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked and we had all we needed.

The house had plenty of space for the 5 (4 adults, 1 child) of us. The driveway is large, which made parking our large vehicles easy. It was a convenient location for us to visit SeaWorld. We appreciate the park was next door for our 2 year old. It was also thoughtful there were plenty of toys for her to play with.

This vacation home is truly everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The home is fully equipped with many amenities. The rooms are very spacious and clean. As soon as you enter the house, it feels like home!

We were so pleased with the location of the house being in a cul-de-sac , and especially the playground! Neighborhood feels safe and it’s not far from a big HEB Plus. Easy communication and we got our SUV to fit in the garage. We brought our own baby gates but they have one provided. They also have toys for kids which was a blessing. Great for a young kids trip to sea world.

Very good house, accommodates 8 people very well, in the kitchen has a lot of dishes and utensils, very close to Sea World and Aquatica, which were the parks we visited, and also has other trades nearby.

This home was way beyond our expectations. Beautiful, clean and in such a nice neighborhood. Being next to the park was an added bonus for my grandkids. I was worried it was going to be over run by children and loud but it was quite and very few other children. My grandkids felt as they had a playground just for them. The owner is very nice and willing to help if there is any problems. I can't say enough about this lovely home.

We LOVED being only about a mile away from Sea World and Aquatica for our family's San Antonio getaway. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Our family members with young children loved the two beds in the master suite and the park next door. Carlos was so helpful with the arrival and departure details. Also, we found travel to the Riverwalk and Hemisfair area to be super easy ... just 15-20 minutes from the house.

Nice house in a great location for amusement parks. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood is peaceful at night. Grocery store and dining are close by for the times we needed to run into town. The house was VERY clean (this is big for me), well equipped with all that you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the park next door for the little ones and the fenced back yard with the patio set for the not so busy days. Truly felt at home and Carlos was amazing and met all our expectations to make this a great experience.

My go to place to stay in San Antonio. I travel there several times a year. Everytime staying in a home of Carlos. They are always clean, in quiet area, yet close to all those great places in SA. I have been doing this for at least 5 years.

Carlos and I have lost count of the number of stays I have been at his locations. We know for sure this is the third time at this lovely home this year totaling more than 25 days. The home is always extremely clean, kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve large groups, great internet connection, late model TVs, great beds. This location is extremely quiet, great backyard for BBQ and relaxing in the chairs. I have already booked one trip for next year and as soon as I get dates will be booking a second stay. Carlos and team are fantastic!

My family and I spent a week at this property. The owner, Carlos, is friendly and professional. Upon our request, he met us during check-in and took good time to answer our questions. We stayed in this house while in San Antonio for a shooting event at the National Shooting Complex. The location was very convenient to the area as well as comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in this area of San Antonio. It is very close to Sea World as well. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The location of the house is perfect for anyone who is traveling back and forth to Lackland for BMT graduation. We arrived on the 4th of July and I had asked Carlos about recommendations for firework shows. He provided several, but with the rain we thought we would just stay at the house. We never needed to go anywhere! We had a perfect view of the fireworks from Seaworld and several other places right there in every direction. Our Airman loved being able to relax, nap, long showers, and home cooked meals. The house is fully equipped for all your needs. Definitely beats staying in a hotel anytime!

This was the best hands off experience ever. Carlos contacted me while I was on my way and let me know that the house was ready and provided me with an access code. The house is set up for 10 people. Even included a fenced in backyard and patio with a charcoal grill. There was a park for the kids right next to the house. You are so close to sea world that you can see the fireworks from the back patio. The kitchen was stocked with common household kitchen appliances. This was really a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is my 6th (7th?) stay at this location. Superb!Need I really say more if I am a multiple repeat customer? The home is always clean, nicely appointed, in a quiet area and kitchen well stocked with cookware. I have already signed up for two more times at this location for this year.

The entire booking process was smooth. The owner provided excellent communication from start to finish. Having electronic locks made checking and out a breeze! The home had everything needed by our family, was clean, and had nice touches like coffee filters, trash bags, and paper towels! Highly recommended, especially convenient to the Airport (20 min) and Lackland (10min).

Our entire experience was great. The house was tidy, has comfy beds with nice bedding and was adequately stocked with dishes, cutlery, good cooking pots & pans etc. There are even a few toys for children, safety gate & a pack n play. The area is quiet and safe with a great playground next door. Carlos was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. Our two families (4 adults, 2 kids) had a great time at SeaWorld (5 minute drive) and other attractions in spite of a bit of inclement weather. The home is close to main traffic arteries making it easy to travel around the city. There's a super HEB, super Walmart and Starbucks fairly close by as well as a very yummy Rudy's BBQ. We were so thankful to be able to stay in a house. Our visit was for a BMT graduation and our Airman was not interested in doing anything but relaxing and spending time with his loved ones at the house. We came in for a wedding, 5 day stay. Anita met us at the house and gave us the grand tour, way more room than the pictures show! Everything was great, quiet neighborhood, very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas and very easy drive into the city. Carlos texted me a few times to ensure all was going well, which it was, I would definitely look to stay here the next time I come down!

We have used the vacation home rental properties twice and we love it. It does make you feel at home. Both our stays have been very comfortable. The price is very reasonable, its probably a better price than a hotel with more privacy. The home is very well equipped with all the personal needs and home needs. Most importantly for us is that the home is very child proof and they have a room for kids with toys for them to entertain. This makes it much easier for us because we don't have to carry additional luggage with toys for them. We will continue to rent homes rather than a hotel. Highly recommend it. The experience was great. Carlos Munoz and his team are always available and very attentive to their guest. They really make you feel welcomed. Great service.

I highly recommend Carlos' vacation home to anyone looking to stay in the San Antonio area. The home was extremely clean, had all the amenities needed, and was located in a nice, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. A huge plus for us was the quick trip to Sea World! We were also traveling with four children...ranging from ages 3-11...so the neighborhood park right next door to the home was a lifesaver! This home was perfect for two families! Lots of room and we never felt crowded. Carlos was the perfect host. His communication with me prior to our stay was outstanding. He was willing to accommodate all of our needs. He also checked on us during our stay. We plan to stay again during future trips to San Antonio!

I really enjoyed staying in this house. The kids' room has this great little alcove with a love seat that was perfect for reading bedtime stories to our 3 year old son. There were also cool Lego-like building blocks and other toys in the closet for him to play with. The couches in the living room are deep and comfy, perfect for plopping and relaxing when you're tired. After putting our son to bed, we would sit on the back patio in the lovely chairs provided, and sip a glass of wine while listening to the Texas night bugs (had it been a little warmer, we would have definitely used the barbecue). The kitchen had enough plates, dishes, pots, and pans that we were able to make dinner for extended family, and having the nice, well-maintained playground next door was priceless. It only took 10 minutes to get downtown. What I also appreciated was that when we arrived, we were greeted by the owner's associate, Anita, who gave us a tour of the house and answered any questions we had. I'd stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone who has small children and really needs some room to spread out.

We stayed their for our daughters bmt graduation and it was perfect location to the base, sea world, six flags and downtown riverwalk. Everything within 20 min. Price was better then a good hotel and made it easier for my family to be in one place. Would stay again next time in san antonio!

We stayed at this lovely vacation home for a small family reunion, with family from Boston. The house is large, it fit 9 of us with room left to spare. 4 adults and 5 kids ( ages 1-9) . We loved the park right outside it, the kids played there in the mornings as they waited to go for the day's adventure. The house is less than a mile from sea world and 20 minutes from downtown SA. Carlos was such a blessing to work with, always so communicative.. He also refunded my deposit within one day... Such great customer service! Anita was lovely too she waited for us till after 11 pm, when we arrived to show us around the property. If you have kids, this is a property that you'll feel comfortable in. The house has everything you need, there's enough pans to cook and eat, plastic cups and plates for the kids too. We cooked a complete dinner. The porch was beautiful though we didn't get time to enjoy it. Carlos also set out toiletries, which we enough for our 3 days.. We went to sea world one day, next day went to San Antonio downtown and did the river walk and Alamo. On our way home, we stopped by the splashtown ( water park on 35 N) thanks to a great groupon deal to the water park. I am going to tell all my friends about this house .

Perfect location for visiting Sea World with kids! We were able to come home mid-day and nap our youngest and return to the park for the late afternoon/evening. We loved having the park next door to the house also. The location was not far from Riverwalk/Alamo either. Overall, the house was clean and spacious and very kid friendly. We loved the convenience of having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. We strongly recommend this to any family!

The House is in great condition and the beds were comfortable .It had all the supplys we needed and the park right next door was a great plus .The garage was a nice place for the kids to play without making a bunch of noise in the house.It was nice that the House is so close to Sea World so we could unwind form a day at Sea World. My family and I were in San Antonio for my daughters BMT graduation from Lackland AFB. I was weary of a vacation rental as I am a loyal Holiday Inn customer but I am so glad I decided to rent this home. It exceeded my expectation and my family is so glad we had room to spread out and enjoy our airman. The house is just as represented in the photo's. Very clean and up to date. Great location, a short drive to the AFB and downtown. Close to local shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My airman was sick and not feeling well and it was great to have a home for her to rest and relax in. Our trip would not have been the same had we been stuck in a hotel room. Carlos was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this home away from home in San Antonio!

This house was absolutley as beautiful as it looked in the photos (probably even more so!) The check-in and check-out was so easy and the lady who showed us around was very nice!!! They provide things for you like toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap and cleaning supplies. There just wasn't a thing we wished we had while staying here. Even when we had guests over there were plenty of extra chairs so everyone could sit. I could go ON and ON all day about how lovely this house was. Honestly, it makes me want to go back to San Antonio, even if I didn't have a reason to, just so I could stay in this house again! We were here to see our airman graduate from basic training and the house is very close to the base and within their allowed Town Pass area. A very nice place to rest and visit with our service member and family/friends. I wish I had found it when the kids were little because they even provide high chair, play pen, and toys! and there's a lovely playground RIGHT NEXT DOOR! We all had a lovely time here! Truly a home away from home!! My family and I were visiting San Antonio for my son's BMT Graduation when we found this beautiful property online. I was very nervous about renting anything not being familiar with the area so I called the number listed for the property and spoke with Mr.Carlos and from our first conversation I was impressed. He was very informative and answered all our questions. The property itself alone with Ms. Anita was very inviting. It was like walking into my own home, it didn't feel as though I was in an unknown area. And the expression on our son's face when we brought him to the property,"Sealed the Deal ". It gave him the home feeling, he missed the weeks he was in BMT. The property was centrally located near stores, restaurants, and not far from Lackland Air Force Base. It was fully equipped with everything; dishes, towels, laundry supplies and etc. oh, did I mention , how awesome Mr. Carlos was ; our son was rewarded an extra Town Pass on the day we were actually suppose to be checking out, so I contacted Mr. Carlos to see if we could have an extension on our check- out time and he responded, no problem... What an awesome time we had in, "Our Home Away from Home". Thank You Much, The Taylors'

We were looking for a comfortable place to spend a weekend in San Antonio, and this was the best option, the house was perfect, clean, has everything you need, you can feel like in home, adults and kids were happy. my kids loved to be in that House, also my wife and me. The House is very comfortable, very quiet neighborhood and the lovely area. Accesses are very fast to the center of the city. To anywhere, really. Very near the House (10-15 minutes), there are shopping malls and restaurants for all the taste. If I have a chance, of course that you return.

We could not ask for a better place to stay! The location was perfect being a quick drive to Lackland AFB and many places to shop. We were able to use the grill and cook meals at the house allowing us to save money and spend quality family time visiting and playing games (provided). Carlos and Anita were such gracious hosts and made us feel very welcome. I would most definitely stay here again. Proud Air Force Mom!

We loved this property. It's probably the best decision I've made regarding lodging EVER!! We stayed in the area for my sons BMT graduation. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect! There were 4 of us plus our airman, and this house provided plenty of space to relax. My son was able to rest and sleep with all the comforts as if he was at home. My younger son really enjoyed the flexibility of having the outside space and the playground right next door. I also felt at ease knowing he was close by. Carlos provides starter supplies which came in handy since we got in late in the evening. Anita welcomed us upon arrival and was very pleasant and helpful. Carlos was always available by phone call or text. We had no problems with our stay. There is also a Super Walmart, Kohls, a variety of fast food and restaurants, drug store and groceries stores within a 5 min drive. My son will be leaving the area but i really wish I had a reason to come back. I would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Angela

We stayed in this vacation rental during our sons BMT graduation. Everything was perfect. We previously had hotel reservations but decided on this vacation rental instead, I'm SO HAPPY we did. There was four of us plus our airman. This house provided plenty of space for all of us to relax with all the comforts of home. The backyard was a nice surprise with a deck, grill and patio furniture. My younger son enjoyed the flexibility of the playground and since it was right next door and I felt at ease that he was close by. This house was excellent! Very clean, spacious, and enough area for people to sit! All the bedrooms are up stairs! I would highly recommend this house to stay in! Carlos was excellent to work with! My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this home during our son's graduation from BMT Lackland. The house is very clean and an easy drive to the base and downtown. I would recommend this property for any visit to San Antonio.

We loved our stay in this little home! The only problem we had was the owner forgot to turn on the hot water heater and the AC was resetting itself to 90 degrees during the first day. So no hot showers our first morning. They worked to get it fixed for us though and by the middle of the next day everything was working well. Also just a note that the second queen bed is very hard (if you end up needing both). Overall though it fit our needs very well and it is extremely close to Sea World, and we loved having the park right out the front door! Thanks for the great vacation!

Thanks John! I am so glad to hear that you and your family loved your stay at my vacation home! I do have a wireless service through my local utility company that allows me to control the thermostat and water heater. The program was set to "vacant" mode during your first night. Although my guests can override the thermostat manually, the water heater needs to be switched on via online. As I receive bookings, I update my online schedule to program my guest's stay dates. Your first night was an oversight; I am deeply sorry for missing that date. :( Upon notification of your encounter with the water heater, I was able to log on through my cell phone and get it turned on. As for the second queen bed, I have had mixed comments regarding its firmness. While some have thanked me for a firm bed that really helps their back, others have said it's too firm. My solution will be to buy a 3" - 4" memory foam mattress topper. If someone needs the firmness, they could simply remove the topper. Overall, I am glad that my home fit your family's needs and that the kids had a great time at the park next door. We had an awesome time at this property. The owner was there to meet us and give us a tour of the property. The property was clean and exactly as described. There is a park adjacent to the house that allowed our young grandchildren hours of fun. We traveled to San Antonio for our Son's BMT graduation, and it was about a 15 minute Drive to Lackland AFB. Kitchen was adequately supplied and the house had board games and toys for the kids. We will definitely use again the next time we are in San Antonio.

Clean, great accommodations met all of our needs

Every year we take a back to school trip with the kids. This year we picked Sea World in San Antonio and decided to invite a few family memebrs. We have never stayed in a vacation home before so we were a little hesitant at first. The experience was wonderful from Carlos excellent quick responses to my emails and text messages to the location and cleanliness of the home. There is a playground right next to the house. That was a huge hit with the kids! Sea world was down the street! No traffic! Just a great time all around! What we liked about the home and why we picked it was that every thing in the house was kid friendly. There were toys and games to entertain the kids. We weren't affraid of the kids to touch or sit on the furniture. Sometimes homes can be decorate nicely but not practical for a family. If I had to recommend anything it would be to prehaps add a bed topper to the right bed in the master bedroom upstairs. It's a very firm mattress but some people may like that. This was the perfect place to relax and spend time with our airman and family. It was more than equipped with all that we needed and having the park next door was so nice for our little ones. Love this house! It was clean, prepared for our arrival and uncluttered with "decor". The owner met us on arrival with the key and suggestions for shopping, eating and interesting places to visit (along with suggestions for getting the best price). He gave us a tour of the house which was stocked with "starter" products most of which were sufficient to last us all week. Wow! With kids 6 to 13, Big Lou's with it's 42" pizza was a big hit. We enjoyed being close enough to Sea World to come home to eat, cool off and put our feet up for a bit before heading out to spend some more time having fun. Easy driving to caves, Alamo, River Walk including the boat tour. We especially appreciated the suggestion about where to park when we visited downtown San Antonio. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. And I will stay here again if it's available for our next trip to San Antonio. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

It is a beautiful and very clean home, everything needed is provided in the home. I love the fact that little details like bathroom needs, spices for cooking, all supplies is provided. It is spacious, my kids love the place. We are a party of seven, 3 adults and 4 kids, everybody had a place to sleep comfortably, it is home away from home. I will always come back whenever I visit again.

Carlos was totally friendly, he was waiting for us when we arrived home, he showed us the whole house around. We have two little kids and this house was appropriate for them. The playground is steps away from the front door! The neighborhood is friendly very close to sea world, heb, walgreens, cvs, etc.... Everything in San Antonio is 10-15 minutes away from everything, so this house has a ver good location. Last day I forgot my wallet on a drawer and I came back and the lady who cleans the house was waiting for me to give it back to me. Excellent service!!

The house was in a great area, it felt safe and it was quiet. The house was big enough for 10 people and it was in good conditions. Carlos thought of everything in detail. He even provided netflix and wifi. The house was clean, fresh, and over all a convenient distance from Seaworld and Six Flags.

Carlos was very kind to answer all of our questions, and directed us to great restaurants. Everything worked out fine and there were no problems.

This is a very nice home in a family neighborhood with a park next door. We decided to go to San Antonio /Sea World for a few days and this was much better than staying in a hotel. The house is so close to the park that we came home in the middle of the day to eat lunch, change out of wet clothes and go back to the park for evening stuff. Spent a day downtown, which is about 20 minutes away. Carlos is an excellent tour guide with recommendations for parking, eating, shopping and activities. This would also be a great home for viaiting the Air Force Base, which is less than ten minutes away. We ate out some and cooked at the house on the grill on the patio. There is a great grocery store about a mile down the road. My wife is planning to make this an annual stop for our family.

We loved how close it was to sea world. There is a park right next door that the kids were able to play at during our downtime. The home is clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that one of the beds in the master bedroom had a rather hard mattress. A pillowtop or something would help a lot! Otherwise, great stay and we would definitely stay there again...just make the kids sleep on the hard bed and we would take the soft one ;)

The property was well-maintained and clean. Carlos was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond--most owners don't bother to show up and make sure everything is to your liking. The property is right next door to a park; my kids played there every morning and evening of our stay while meals were being prepared. It was close enough to Seaworld that we could come home for lunch and a nap for my youngest without taking too much time out of our visit. The grocery store was easy to find (especially with the provided map) and close. There were a few toys provided that my kids enjoyed as well. It was a great property, close to Seaworld, and well-appointed and maintained. We'll be coming back next year!

The property is well Maintained. Carlos met us the first night to show us around and was available to assist throughout our trip, as needed. I read a lot of positive reviews on this home, which is why I chose it. It definitely didn't let me down. Plenty of room for me and my family, and ideal location for the BMT graduation we were attending. Carlos was a great host, and worked with us and our travel issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use one of his properties on my next visit to San Antonio.

I can not say how much we enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for our daughter to unwind. It had the comforts of home without being at home. Carlos was incredible to answer our call at 6 am to help us when we got lost. He did advise us to pick up base passes prior to the days events. 2696 Lake Blvd or military drive is where to pick up passes. Conviently located to grocery and pharmacy . House was clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. Even had a cookout. Absolutely would stay there again. Carlos is Awesome.

Our experience in this home was excellent. Every interaction with the staff was very helpful and accommodating, from the initial walkthrough to questions along the way, the customer service was above and beyond. We enjoyed San Antonio by day and relaxed in the home by night. The home was spacious, clean, and was in a location where we could get to any site we desired in a very reasonable amount of time. When we come back to San Antonio in the future, we want to stay in this home again. We would recommend this home and company to work with when visiting San Antonio....HANDS DOWN!

We totally enjoyed our stay here. Carlos was welcoming and had maps ready for us to help find our way. We had a lovely Thanksgiving meal with our new Airman and his wingman. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Many needs were provided including a selection of spices for cooking. Being right next to the playground gave extra space to enjoy as well. We will be renting this house again when our daughter graduates from BMT in June.

We were in town for a family wedding and had 3 kids under 6 to entertain. We were in the perfect spot to enjoy the local park right out the side door. Carlos was an excellent landlord and extremely responsive. He was even able to accommodate late departures due to flight times. We had a perfect stay for the five days we were in San Antonio to celebrate our son's graduation from the Air Force Basic Training. We had plenty of room for our whole family of seven, which included both sets of grandparents and our teen age daughters. We thoroughly enjoyed having a home for our graduate to relax and play games, and have a comfortable space to tell us all about his last 8 1/2 weeks. We found the location perfect for a quick 20-minute drive to the base, but surrounded by restaurants, drug and grocery stores, and right next door to Sea World. The neighborhood is quiet, with the house situated right next to the small park that would have been great if the weather had cooperated. Carlos was a perfect host, showing us everything we needed, and checking in via text to be sure we didn't have any questions the next day. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

They house was adorable, fully loaded with everything needed to enjoy a week away from home. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and some spices. Nice deck and BBQ. Everything worked correctly. The manger was wonderful and meet us at the house to go over the property. Well written directions about garbage, recycling and the close up procedure. So much better than a hotel!

The house was just what was descripted. We had my grandchildren (ages 3 & 4) with us, the park next door was wonderful. They also enjoyed having a back yard to be able to just run. The house was clean and felt like home for the week we stayed. We stayed for our sons BMT graduation. It was close to everything and best of all when he had off base liberty he could take his uniform off and relax. Carlos was the best from allowing us to check in early (after a 5 hour plan ride with two toddlers.) In addition, my grandson toke the keys for the house and hide them. Carlos bright us another set and told us not to worry. He also was there to answer any questions we had no matter how trivial they may have seemed. My son graduating was my youngest so it may be 15 years until my grandson is at BMT, but if it is I will be looking at this house again.

Carlos was very helpful, cooperative and on top of everything for our stay in San Antonio! His home is accurately presented on the website, we would definitely recommend for anyone interested in renting while visiting San Antonio, particularly for families with children as there's a playground right next door with lots of kids in the neighborhood, very close to Sea World.

The best decision we made for this trip. We were able to bring our son from BMT "home" where he could relax and have a home cooked meal. The house had everything and more! Centrally located to the airport, Lackland air force base, downtown and seaworld. We would have never found a hotel we would have enjoyed as much. The house was clean, organized and stocked with all the amenities of home. We reccomend Carlos' house rentals to everyone visiting their airman. We have staye stayed in our last hotel!

This was the perfect stay for my husband's BMT graduation weekend. He was so glad to have a place to go to off base and just stretch out and relax. He said it was "Perfect!" Our daughter loved the playground - literally next door. The drive was convenient to Lackland - about 15 minutes. There is plenty of shopping and dining close by. We will never rent from another property owner, when you find a good thing you need to stick with it! Mr. Carlos was an excellent owner/manager, he is honest,professional, courteous, prompt and a Christian man. His home was exactly as described. The home was large,clean,up to date and in a safe,quiet, child friendly (park right next door), centrally located neighborhood- there was even a great grocery store right around the corner! We have a large family and were blessed to be able to all stay together in one place, cook our own meals and eat all together at one table, we will never again stay at a hotel if Mr. Carlos has a home available! It truly was a home away from home!

This property was literally an answer to prayer!! It was exactly what we needed for extended family time with 2 small grandchildren: fenced yard, kid-friendly house and playground next door. Everything was as depicted in the photos and the location was great. The owner provided superb customer service and was ready to go above and beyond. Clean, neat, safe, good location, what more could you ask for? We have rented other vacation homes, but this was the best so far! We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay here again!

We stayed at this property with our three children ages 6 & 3. The house is literally 5 minutes from Sea World which was great and about 20 minutes outside of downtown (Riverwalk, Alamo, etc.) The park next door was great for the kids and the neighborhood was quiet. The only complaint I had is that I didn't really feel like the house was "clean". The house has carpet throughout - which in my opinion is a bad idea in a rental - and the carpet looked filthy, it was worn and had several stains. My husband refused to walk barefoot in the house and instead wore socks. The bottoms of his socks were black the carpet was so dirty. The rest of the house could really use a good deep clean as well. The fixtures in the tub/shower that were probably once shiny silver looked galvanized and had water/soap spots all over them, the baseboards needed to be dusted and if you moved anything - like the Blue Ray player - it was apparent that it had only been dusted around and not under. Also, the faux leather couch is starting to rip/fray in between the cushions which was scratchy if you sat on it. On a good note, the owner Carlos was very thorough showing us where everything was located and how it worked and even texted in the middle of our stay to check on us and to see if we needed anything.

I am both humbled and very sorry that the cleaning was found to be substandard. :-( It is very true, carpet can be quite difficult to maintain in a vacation rental home. The carpet spots in the living room were acknowledged before your check-in. I had personally attempted to remove the carpet stains by traditional hand scrubbing methods, only to have the stains resurface. I have since rented a carpet cleaning machine to service the carpet. Furthermore, I spoke with my housekeepers to ensure the overall quality of cleaning that I, and more importantly, my guests expect. I just completed a number of exterior projects (e.g. new sod and sprinkler system, driveway add-on to accommodate more than two vehicles and a large concrete patio with wrought iron hand-rail in the backyard). My next projects will certainly be the homes interior needs. I constantly invest in my vacation home because I sincerely care about giving my guests the most for their money and personal enjoyment. This was a perfect location for us. We were in San Antonio for an Air Force graduation. This condo was only 15 minutes from the Valley High Gate. Our Airman was able to come to the condo for town liberty and have a home-cooked meal. Carlos was very helpful and available. Bring a GPS, the highway is very confusing.

A quiet and great neighborhood with a wonderful playground next to the property was a an ideal setting for our joint family reunion/vacation. The house was neat, clean and ideal for 6 adults and 3 children ages 19 months to 11 years. It was helpful for the owner to meet us at the property for a review of the home and the surrounding area, even presenting us with a map of "you are here" and how close we were to Sea World, downtown San Antonio and shopping for necessities in the area. Would recommend this lovely home, and we'd stay there again!

This property was perfect for our graduation trip. Carlos was very helpful when we arrived. The property was very close to the base, and I'm sure we would not have had nearly as much trouble finding the base if we would have listened when he gave us directions instead of relying on our GPS! The property was clean and very well stocked with amenities. We had three families staying together, and while it did get a little crowded the park next door was a great place for our rowdy boys to blow off steam. It was so nice to let our airman just relax in a home away from home!

The house is wonderful. We had all the conveniences of home right there in Texas. We flew to San Antonio from Los Angeles to watch our son graduate from BMT. My nerves were frazzled, all I wanted was to hold my son. We arrived at the home after dark and Carlos was there to greet us with a tour and a map of the area and surrounding attraction. (Sea World, River Walk..) The house was clean and ready to be lived in. My husband, two sons, my parents and myself had more than enough room to spread out and relax during the time times. The park next door was a god sent since my boys often had energy to burn. The house has a load of board games for evening fun as well! Carlos checked in on us and even allowed us to extend our check out hour until 5 pm so we could spend more time with our son in the comfort of a home instead of a restaurant. The listing was very accurate and even had more amenities than listed in the description. The property was is a great location making it easy for travel to LAFB. The park right next door was great for children to unwind. I will and have recommended this property to friends. The property manager was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great rental property! We stayed here with our five kids (ages 6months-7 years) and loved it! You cannot beat being right next to the park. The home was in good condition, and the little perks (a few kid toys, etc) were all nice and unexpected. Carlos was great to work with! He makes himself available to make your time in San Antonio as good as possible! We enjoyed going to the Zoo, River Walk, and the Alamo! Found the home to be a good location for all of these attractions. If we were in the area again would definitely stay here again!

Great for a family to stay at. Park was a few feet form the house so our kiddo could walk over to play. House was clean, kitchen was well supplied and the grill was great for an afternoon cookout. Our family had a great time and would come again. My family vacationed one week in San Antonio and stayed at this rental house. It was very clean and well maintained with all comforts of home. We much appreciated the many extras: coffee/creamer/popcorn/spices/ laundry soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc that the owner provides. The house is located in a nice middle class neighborhood and it is extremely easy to get around to all parts of San Antonio. My two elementary aged children loved the park and playground that is right next door to the house. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. We celebrated Thanksgiving and cooked a full holiday meal. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed! We really appreciated this because other rentals we have stayed in are very lacking in the kitchen department. Carlos was excellent to work with....he was very responsive and prompt. I would highly recommend this rental property to my family and friends. If we ever return to San Antonio I will rent from Carlos again. Great experience. The house was perfect for our family get together. A bonus was that there was a park next to the house, so our toddler could go play whenever he wanted. We got lost and Carlos gave us directions via phone and then showed us around the property. We would definitely consider staying again.

We rented this home for our family to be here for BMT graduation of our grandson. This was the perfect place!! Close to base as well as other venues in the San Antonio area. Carlos was great to work with and a wonderful host. The park/playground was good for kids to release pent-up energy after a long trip. We were able to "adopt" another couple of graduates whose family or friends were not able to be there. Our grandson and buddies were able to relax and feel "at home" there. I definitely recommend this place and if opportunity arises that we will return to San Antonio will definitely tryvto rent this again.

THIS IS A GREAT DECISION! BETTER THEN STAYING AT ANY HOTEL. THERE WERE 10 OF US NOT INCLUDING OUR AIRMAN, WE ALL HAD PLENTY OF ROOM, CARLOS WAS VERY ORGANIZED AND JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. THE HOUSE WAS FURNISHED WITH ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME, SO WE COULD JUST RELAX AND ENJOY OUR VISIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND CARLOS AND HIS HOUSE TO ANYONE.

He was there when we arrived, took the time to show us how to find local stores and gave us directions to the places we wanted to visit, and he checked with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. We rented this home for a semi family reunion. We were two families with a total of 6 children. We absolutely enjoyed our time in this home. It was well suited for our needs with ample space even for our visitors. It was a clean, well equipped (pots, pans, spices, etc.), and a well maintained home. We were able to effortlessly make our own meals and felt almost like we were in our own home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The playground next door was a plus for our children. However, what made our stay even better was how comfortable the owner made us feel. In addition he always made himself available for any of our questions or needs. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the San Antonio area.

We stayed in this home for several nights for our yearly trip to Sea World. We had 4 adults and 3 children and the house was perfect for our group. We were able to grill while the children played on the play ground, watched movies on Netfilx, and slept comfortably. The house is very kid friendly which was an added bonus. The house is less than 5 minutes from Sea World so it suited our needs perfectly. We hope to stay in this house for our next yearly trip.

Everything from the planning and payment to our stay was fantastic! After I sent my dates to the owner, and I verified the information, the owner called to make sure I didn't have further questions before making my down payment. Once we arrived at the home, the owner was there and gave us a tour and a map of the city along with popular restaurants and attractions. We are planning to make another vacation to San Antonio this year, and we will be staying at this home again. It is a great location to get anywhere in the city.

We rented this home for BMT Graduation and we were not disappointed!! This was our first experience with renting a home and the bar has been set high! Carlos was great in working with from from the time we inquired to the time we left. The home is close to Lackland and our Airman enjoyed coming to take a hot shower, enjoy a home cooked meal and relaxing with family. We comfortably fit 7 people into the home, 4 adults and 2 kids. The home is SO close to the park our kids were able to enjoy it daily! The proximity of the home to local attractions was also wonderful and Carlos provided us with a map to get around. Everything was as good as we expected it to be. The pictures as well as the description of the house gives a very true story about this vacation home. We found the location to be perfect. A quiet neighborhood, but with lots of shopping within a few miles. This includes Walmart, Target and a big H-E-B grocery store. Also, very close to Sea World. The owner, was the perfect host. We had no need for any help during our week long stay, but it was good to know that he was there if we should need assistance. All in all a very nice vacation home that gives excellent value for money. If we should decide to go to San Antonio once more, this will be our preferred choice for lodging.

This is was our first experience renting a vacation home and let me say we were BLOW AWAY!! From our initial inquiry to the day we left Carlos was a great help! We comfortably fit seven people into the home. The park next door is WONDERFUL for small children and our enjoyed it daily! The home had everything we needed and everything was easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet the entire week we were there. We even met a friendly cat, who if you don't watch will try to come in a make a home :) Since we were down for BMT graduation it was great that the house was only 10 minutes from the base. Our Airman loved coming over to have a home cooked meal and take a hot shower and just relax. We had no trouble navigating our way around the city from this home as well. We had a wonderful stay at this home. I was amazed to find just how close we were to Sea World and the visit there with our new airman was great. Home is close to Lackland as well and with just a few minutes we were on base. Carlos was great and met us there to show the house and everything in it and also stayed in contact with us during our trip. My Family needed a vacation home for some of out town relatives. After reading some reviews and reviewing the house, we settled on Carlo's Home. I can not express the gratitude and appreciation towards carlos for everything he did to make our guests stay excellent. The houses were clean, stocked with essentials, and easily assessible to major highways. Carlos was very professional and courteous to us despite our MANY demands! The entire process was effortless despite the fact that we needed 2 more houses at short notice!!. The place was as described. Very clean close to everything, We had a great time at R sons wedding. I would reccomend 1 king bed large electric skillet for big families, & 3 wall clocks. Living room kitchen, upstairs hall. Clocks R cheap. Only complaint, 2nd day I descovered big pee stain on mattress cover in my me & my wifes bedroom. Kurt & Pat

I am sorry you encounted a stained mattress cover. It appears to have done it's job protecting the mattress but needed to be replaced. I had a meeting with my housekeeping staff to ensure that they notify me when items in the house are beginning to wear, discolor, or function below our expectations. I want everything to be immaculate and in great working condition for each and every one of my guests. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Antonio. Partly because we had a wonderful experience while staying at this well-equipped and clean rental home. Location (nice neighborhood), proximity to Lackland, and cleanliness were very important to us and this house fits everything that we were looking for. Not to mention a very warm reception from Carlos. We were given a tour around the property, something that we normally do not expect nor experience from other rental owners. We travel a lot and use VRBO mostly especially when we stay for one week or more in one place. While in San Antonio, one should visit the River Walk (great ambience), Sushi Zushi, the Alamo, and unfortunately did not have time to watch a rodeo show. Another good reason to come back to San Antonio! Highly recommendable, we will surely come back to this home. More power to you Carlos!
