This house is amazing, it's just a couple minute walk to the Pearl District with great restaurants and bars....and Jazz TX! The place is clean, very well appointed, spacious and very safe. Check in and check out was very easy and Carlos is amazing, he checked in on us and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting San Antonio.

The “Purple Pearl” was an absolute gem! House is beautiful with great linens and comfortable beds!! Location couldn’t have been more perfect! Steps away from all the action! Communication with Carlos the host was great! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The house was amazing and so close to the Pearl. The first night we had reservations at Supper and one of the people we were with wanted to drive. Lol. The parking lot that we’d have driven to is across the street from the house. It couldn’t have been a more convenient location and the house is immaculate with so much character. Carlos was amazing. He was a perfect communicator and we couldn’t have been happier.

This is a great house in a great location. The Pearl district is one of my favorite spots in San Antonio. I was there for a conference and Carlos was very responsive to my texts when something came up and I needed some more flexibility around check in. I really appreciated that customer service. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location. Spotless. Exactly as described. Carlos easy to reach, very responsive. We had a great vacation, highly recommend. Right across the street (and river, via a small pedestrian bridge) from the Pearl and Hotel Emma. Easy access to Riverwalk path. Pearl is a less congested, quieter, more relaxed area than the downtown section of the Riverwalk (about a 25 minute walk), but both areas have their appeal. On one of our walks downtown, a water district employee talked to us about the river’s development history, and demonstrated how the locks worked. An unexpected treat. Great restaurants within short walking distance. Try Velvet Tacos and Down on Grayson. This is a great place to stay in San Antonio. You’ll be happy you chose it.

Location, location, location! Carlos’ place was within walking distance of everything we needed and more. The home was perfect in size, cleanliness, and amenities. Carlos was excellent with communication and we can’t thank him enough for helping make our stay incredible.

We took a short vacation here for warmer weather. It was a great location, close to the Riverwalk and within walking distance to the Pearl district. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Beautiful, well-appointed home in INCREDIBLE location! We were just a few steps from the Pearl and the Riverwalk (the museum-reach side). The home was perfectly clean, check-in was easy, and the host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

This house is perfect for six people who want to be near the Pearl District. It is a two-minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful River Walk. The house is modernized, clean and still has some of the charm you hope for in a 100-year-old house. The landlord communicates well and is delightful to talk/write to. I couldn't recommend this house more highly.

Beautiful, very clean and well appointed place! Carlos had everything ready for us, including information on local restaurants and maps that were very helpful. My "germaphobe" friend even commented on how clean everything was. The design of everything was well thought out, beautiful and comfortable. The appliances are high quality and everything worked like a charm. The location worked perfectly as well, as it is a very short stroll over to the Pearl (great daytime and nighttime for places to eat and shop). My friends and I did a long stroll on the river walk - the Pearl is a great place to start, it is close to the grotto area, and so clean. Everything we wanted to do was nearby and easy to get to. Couldn't have asked for a better experience- would stay there again!

Carlos is one of the easiest renters I’ve ever worked with! He is prompt, upfront, and very easy to work with. We stayed a few days to prepare for my brother’s wedding and it was great to know that the VRBO location and conditions were one thing we didn’t have to worry about. Next time in town I would not think twice about staying anywhere Carlos hosts.

Great location for dinning at restaurants and shopping at the Pearl. Very quite area, I slept like a bear in hibernation every night. Close enough to the River Walk without being caught up in the traffic. 30 minute walk, or a 4 minute drive.

So easy to enjoy all of San Antonio, but especially nice to be able to walk back and forth across the street for great shopping and food. Carlos was quick to respond and incredibly flexible. His home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We had a great time.

We needed a house for family to stay to attend a funeral at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery. This 3 bedroom home was perfect. The location is ideal., near the Pearl district and River Walk. Beautiful walking paths. Because of the pandemic, we wanted to opportunity to get outside and walk. Cook breakfast each morning and have a few takeout meals. The home is marvelous. Newly remodeled in an attractive soft contemporary “HGTV” style. The amenities were abundant. Good firm beds, strong WiFi signal, well stocked kitchen. Nice linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. Carlos is the BEST! Excellent communications prior and during our stay. We plan to tell all our friends about this rental. I am sure that all of Carlos’ properties are top notch. He was very kind and let us check out an hour later than posted. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The front porch is ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee.

First of all, the house we rented is beautiful and cozy! The pictures don't do justice to how nice the house is. It is within 6 minutes walking distance from Pearl, which is a very nice place to go for breakfast, dinner or everything else. This means that is very close to the RiverWalk, so we were able to go jogging by the river early in the morning and afterwards buy some really delicious South American "empanadas" at Pearl. The house was very clean, the bed sheets, towels, etc. were very very clean. The bed we slept in was very comfortable and luxury hotel level, super soft sheets with nice texture, very clean. The house is fully equipped so you can cook as much as you want. The price includes a "starter pack" with soap, shampoo, some coffee, sugar, olive oil, etc. etc. which is very useful because there is no immediate need to go shopping for those things or bring them from home. The customer service is up to par with the best, i.e. we did not understand how to close the main door from the outside, so we called, received a very polite greeting and were helped with a great attitude and clearly received instructions on how to close the door (electronic key pad equipped). The house has a Nest surveillance system on both the main door and the back door as well as on the windows, so we were not worried about our safety at all. Both restrooms were fully equipped and clean. The only improvement opportunity is that the back yard may be fixed a little more in order to be more welcoming for BBQing because it already has a picnic table outside. But that's just me being picky. Yes, I would rent it again, and, yes, I would recommend it to a friend or family.

This property is clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Perfect location across from the Pearl District. Great walking trail along the river. Sat on the front porch everyday for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Great restaurants nearby. Carlos is an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Carlos's place was beyond what we could have asked for. The location cannot be beat, walking distance to the pearl and the best restaurants and shopping in San Antonio. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable and the interiors were beautiful. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful experience!

The house was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to Emma Hotel and the Pearl where there is a Food Hall and other restaurants within walking distance. The Farmers Market at the Pearl on the weekend was great. The neighborhood is going through regeneration and in time will be beautiful. Carlos was easy to work with and very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a small house near the Pearl with enough room for our family to gather for a Thanksgiving meal... this was the perfect place to be comfortable and enjoy the Pearl and River Walk -- both are literally a half block across the street. The house was clean and newly remodeled. No backyard yet but the front porch has a table and chairs which we used. Carlos is friendly and easy to connect with -- we very much enjoyed our stay.

Carlo's place was perfect in nearly every way. The house is in perfect order, clean, and decorated beautifully. Everything from the lienins to the shampoo was top notice. The location can not be beat. You are a short walk, 400 feet or so, from Pearl and the Riverwalk and a 10 minute drive from the airport. Fabulous stay....Thanks Carlos!

I spent 4 wonderful days with my best friends and we couldn't have been happier. The Pearl offers an amazing that'll keep you busy without having to leave the area. The home was beautiful, and Carlos was very prompt in responding to questions. I couldn't have been happier, and I'm already planning to return to this home and area.

The location is incredible! Just a two minute walk to everything the Pearl has to offer. The house is newly done — clean and updated, with everything you will need for a great stay (fully equipped kitchen, laundry, guides to the area, etc.). Carlos was easily accessible when I needed him. Don’t hesitate to book this home!
